Week 6 Blogg

Liar
By: Larbalestier
The personality of Micah had changed from what it was in part one to now in part two. I’m not exactly sure on what I feel about this girl. At the beginning of the book, I thought that I may like her, but now reading more and more makes me have second thoughts on her. All the lies that she would tell kind of made me think she may be worth something. Now as the truth is starting to come out about her I’m not too sure on what I want to think.  However, I do think that she could change the way she is. Everyone’s opinion on her seems to be that they strongly dislike her. I believe that once all of the lies came out and when all the truth is revealed people may start to like her more and more. That could just be my thoughts. I strongly think I will not like her because I’m beginning to dislike her now. I believe that if she would have stated the truth before she ever started out lying I would think different of her.  Now as they mentioned that she is a ware wolf, she has a lot of explaining to do on her part. She may say she didn’t kill Zach, but how are we sure now, now that we found that out? No matter what she will say to the people, if they find out that she is a ware wolf, they will not believe her.

Liar

Liar
By: Justine Larbalestier
The text in this book is different. It will go from one thing straight to the next. I never really thought I would be able to understand it clearly or even like the text. As I was reading further into the book, it became more interesting to where I was unable to put it down. The author makes it seem that it is all realistic. Those are the kinds of books I will read if I even read. I believe it’s because it can relate to our lives is why I like it. The exact same issues that are in the book could be the issues in other’s lives as well. The words are not too complicated for readers, and if they are difficult, it does not take much to figure out the meaning.  Reading more into the book and thinking about it, I remember the beginning when she was saying she was done with the lying, but that was a lie. This makes me wonder if the actual writer of the book lies in real life because that is what the whole book is based off of. Usually authors tend to write about their own lives or similar, so it makes me think that she is very unfaithful and unreliable. However, for some apparent reason, I am thinking that somewhere in the rest of this novel there will be a turn around. It could be a very good turn around. I could be wrong, but it’s a good thought.

Liar

Liar
By: Justine Larbalestier
When Micah’s boyfriend Zachary Ruben is not in school, and has not been to school for a few days, Micah becomes worried. What possibly could have happened to him because she was just with him over the weekend. After their high school principle comes into the classroom to explain that Zach had been reported missing. Micah feels differently. Micah used to lie, but she was done with all of the lying. The death of her boyfriend is changing her into a different girl. Will it all be for the better or be for the worst. I think Micah will realize that she has done wrong in the past and everything will eventually come out of it all to catch her up in some trouble. Maybe to begin with, she should have always been honest about everything she said. Micah may not have been happy with herself, and if that is the case then she should have seeked some sort of help to her get over that fact. If that is not the case, then I don’t understand exactly why she wants to lie about everything. She would lie about her childhood, her parents, and so much more. In the long run, will the lying be worth everything?
The author has the title as being Liar. This is all a sequence to the main character in the book. All she has ever done is lied. Lie about this; lie about that and so on. Everyone knows that she is such a liar.
